linaro_swr: Sync-up with recent db845c-userdebug fixes

We failed to update linaro_swr build target for recent dlkm
and partition size fixes, and it is causing fatal mount/boot
regressions like:

    init: DM_DEV_STATUS failed for system_dlkm_a: No such device or address
    init: Failed to mount /system_dlkm: No such device or address
