manifest.xml: Remove OMX from device manifest

This HAL is being deprecated,
https://android-review.googlesource.com/c/platform/hardware/interfaces/+/2254396,
and on 64-bit only build targets like linaro_swr-userdebug
it spams the serial prompt with following message in loop:

    [   67.061832][    T1] init: Control message: Could not find \
    'android.hardware.media.omx@1.0::IOmxStore/default' for \
    ctl.interface_start from pid: 293 (/system/system_ext/bin/hwservicemanager)
