hikey, hikey960: Update kernel prebuilts for dm-android-verity

New kernels and devicetree binaries to enable dm-android-verity on
hikey and hikey960 platforms. These binaries will continue to work with
older userspace builds lacking these new features.

0b106575ddee hikey: Enable android-verity in defconfig
1787ef79bc91 hikey: add default verity cert in the keyring.
5edeacd1ea8f hikey: Add fstab overlay for verity on vendor.
