hikey-kernel: Update 4.14/4.19 kernels to d5dffd076ec6 for hikey

Based on the 4.14 kernel commit d5dffd076ec6 ("hikey/hikey960 configs:
        remove variant of HIKEY_KERNEL_DIR").
