hikey-kernel: Update prebuilt kernel and dtb to 671e72fd7db9b

Update prebuilt kernel to non-experimental android-hikey-linaro-4.1
branch.
    Kernel commit: mmc: Try fixup sd hotplug hang by forcing a reset
