hikey: Update kernel prebuilt for drm_hwcomposer

Update the 4.9 kernel to enable use of the drm_hwcomposer on the hikey
platform. This is a breaking change and requires an updated userspace.

Includes the following changes:

bbab5cb8a5bd hikey_defconfig: Remove FBDEV_EMULATION support for drm_hwcomposer
487d03e59c3c drm: kirin/kirin960: Remove useless "Scale not support" error message
