hikey960/hikey: Update vendor-package to 20220629 release

Only cosmetic and no functional changes. Updating to
the 20220629 version release to keep in sync with the
dragonboard vendor-package version updates.

The new vendor package is hosted here:
https://releases.linaro.org/android/aosp-linaro-vendor-package/extract-linaro_devices-20220629.tgz
