hikey960: Switch system->super partition on hisi ptable as well.

Dean Wheatley noted we did not also switch to using the super
label on the hisi-ptable as well, causing flashing failures
with the hisi bootloader.

Unfortunately I don't have access to the tooling that generated
this ptable, so I hand edited the binary to fix the label.
