Update audio_policy_configuration.xml file for HAL V7

According to manifest.xml, hikey uses Audio HAL V7
which requres an update to the APM XML configuration
file due to slight syntax change.

Updated by running:

hardware/interfaces/audio/7.0/config/update_audio_policy_config.sh \
device/linaro/hikey/audio/audio_policy_configuration.xml 6.0

with some manual intervention.
