qcom/rb5: Remove the build number from bootloader package

Renaming "rb5-bootloader-ufs-aosp-19" directory to
"rb5-bootloader-ufs-aosp" instead. That way we don't need to
update our flashing scripts everytime we move to a newer
bootloader build.
