qcom/db845c: Remove the build number from bootloader package

Renaming "dragonboard-845c-bootloader-ufs-aosp-88" directory
to "dragonboard-845c-bootloader-ufs-aosp" instead. That way
we don't need to update our flashing scripts everytime we
move to a newer bootloader build.
