riscv: fix building with CONFIG_SPL_SMP=n

Building with CONFIG_SPL_SMP=n results in:

error: unused variable ‘ret’ [-Werror=unused-variable]
   33 |  int ret;
      |      ^~~

Define the variable ret as __maybe_unused.
