microblaze: drop CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_ADDR and CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_SIZE

These macros are not used anymore in microblaze code since commit
f113d7d303467 ("Convert CONFIG_SPL_STACK to Kconfig"), so remove them.
