clk/qcom: sdm845: add USB clocks Phones only initialise the USB clocks for us if we boot via "fastboot boot", add the missing clock configuration to get the primary USB controller up and running for gadget mode. Signed-off-by: Caleb Connolly <caleb.connolly@linaro.org>
