clk: mediatek: mt7986: rename 66M_MCK to SYSAXI_D2

Upstream kernel linux clock include use SYSAXI_D2 instead of 66M_MCK.
Rename this clock to the upstream kernel in preparation for support of
OF_UPSTREAM.
