configs: verdin-imx8mp: enable ARCH_MISC_INIT

This is required to boot a FIT image, otherwise the caam_jr driver is
not initialized and the hash verification fails with the following
error:

Verifying Hash Integrity ... sha256dev_get_priv: null device
CAAM was not setup properly or it is faulty
