include/configs: replace MXC_EHCI_MODE_SERIAL with PORT_PTS_SERIAL

The MXC_EHCI_MODE_ definitions are redundant. Replace MXC_EHCI_MODE_SERIAL
with the equivalent PORT_PTS_SERIAL.

Only the zmx25 platform is affected.
