configs: ls1043aqds: Move CONFIG_FSL_QSPI to defconfig

Move CONFIG_FSL_QSPI from header file to defconfigs,
consequently unset imply config(CONFIG_SPI_FLASH_BAR) which
is not valid for LS series.
