warp7_bl33: configs: Enable CONFIG_OF_LIBFDT_OVERLAY

This commit enables CONFIG_OF_LIBFDT_OVERLAY a requirement to perform a
merge of an OPTEE provided DTB overlay into our main kernel DTB image.
