bootstd: Create a new BOOTMETH_DISTRO

We cannot be sure what bootmeth a distro will need to use. Add a new
BOOTMETH_DISTRO option which collects these together. Select this from
BOOTSTD_DEFAULTS so that it is clear what is needed.
