ueventd: Disable modalias handling Based on my limited understanding, ueventd module aliasing is used to load kernel modules from /vendor/lib/modules. On db845c and rb5, we do not load kernel modules from /vendor partition anyway, hence drop this ueventd feature to make dmesg/logcat logs more readable.
