db845c: rb5: Enable console access on android13-5.15 kernel version
android13-5.15 commit 98f1e6b5a0db ("ANDROID: gki_defconfig: Disable
SERIAL_QCOM_GENI_CONSOLE_DEFAULT_ENABLED") broke console access on
DB845c and RB5. Renable the console access by adding
qcom_geni_serial.con_enabled=1 to the kernel cmdline as suggested in
the commit message.
