hikey-kernel: Update HiKey960/HiKey 4.14 kernel to ccabdd95c710
Based on kernel commit ccabdd95c710 ("Merge "hikey960_defconfig:
enabled configs for File-Based Encryption" into android-hikey-linaro-4.14").

The dtb files are not updated as there is no change.
