hikey/hikey960: VR HAL is passtrough The VR HAL is not hidlized yet. Fix its transport in the manifest.xml. Test: Run DayDream. With this change, it allows you to go through the tutorial and run VR apps. Change-Id: I7791d101193f0b49f99a0188f473a7be2d781eb7
