mesa_prebuilt: Enable sm8x50 support Enable Mesa for sm8x50-userdebug builds. It uses Zink Gallium and Freedreno/Turnip Vulkan driver to boot to UI. Also drop rb5-userdebug reference which has recently been folded into db845c-userbug build target.
