dragonboards: Update mesa prebuilt binaries to mesa-24.0.2 Update mesa prebuilt binaries built from mesa-24.0.2 tag, https://android.googlesource.com/platform/external/mesa3d/+/refs/tags/upstream-mesa-24.0.2, and update top-level README for reference. Cleanup: Removed the unused symlinks to reduce complexity. Some symlinks still remain but I don't want to touch/break working systems.
