zynqmp: Remove u-boot,dm-pre-reloc for uart instances Uarts already have u-boot,dm-pre-reloc via zynqmp.dtsi that's why there is no need to have them in platform DT files too. Signed-off-by: Michal Simek <michal.simek@xilinx.com>
