mpc83xx: Migrate legacy PCI options to Kconfig The MPC83xx include files contain some settings of the PCI subsystem. Migrate these to Kconfig until a proper DM PCI driver exists. Signed-off-by: Mario Six <mario.six@gdsys.cc>
