ARM: uniphier: add uniphier_v8_defconfig This defconfig does not support SPL. If you use this, the basic SoC initialization must be done in firmware that runs before U-Boot. (Generally, ARM Trusted Firmware is expected to do this job). Signed-off-by: Masahiro Yamada <yamada.masahiro@socionext.com>
