rockchip: Update the README GPIO, I2C, LCD and HDMI are now implemented. We have more than one PMIC. There is an implementation to run the CPU at full speed although it does not seem to make much difference. Update the README to cover recent developments. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org>
