pinctrl: add the DM_UC_FLAG_SEQ_ALIAS flag for numbering the devices It is possible to have multiple pin controllers in the system. Use the DM_UC_FLAG_SEQ_ALIAS flag so that the pinctrl instances are assigned a sequence number.
