configs: openrd: removed support for eMMC hardware partitioning builds are broken because the size of the binary exceeds the limit. Make some space by removing support for hardware partitioning as those boards don't have any eMMC. Signed-off-by: Jean-Jacques Hiblot <jjhiblot@ti.com>
