x86: coreboot: Use vendor in the Kconfig
Use VENDOR_COREBOOT instead of TARGET_COREBOOT so we can have multiple
coreboot boards, sharing options. Only SYS_CONFIG_NAME needs to be
defined TARGET_COREBOOT.
