arm64: zynqmp: Add support for zcu1285 revA board

zcu1285 is the same as zcu1275 but it is using Avnet FMC
http://www.ultrazed.org/product/network-fmc-module

Unfortunately not everything is connected now that's why this is only
describing system which Xilinx is using.
