arm: zynq: Wire automatic ddr detection for Zynq and ZynqMP case When static memory configuration is used U-Boot has capability to detect memory size in setup range. Enable this feature for static configuration. Signed-off-by: Michal Simek <michal.simek@xilinx.com>
