mmc: descend into drivers/mmc only when CONFIG_MMC is enabled This simplifies makefiles. Also, arrange the order of objects in drivers/mmc/Makefile so that the framework objects are listed before drivers. Signed-off-by: Masahiro Yamada <yamada.masahiro@socionext.com>
