omap: emif: configure emif only when required DMM_LISA_MAP registers program whether memory is mapped on particular EMIF or not. Irrespective of these registers EMIF is getting configured. Correcting the same. Signed-off-by: Lokesh Vutla <lokeshvutla@ti.com>
