global: Remove unused or unnecessary CONFIG symbols related to DDR These symbols are now either unused or were only used within the config file to determine other logic, which could be done in a way that doesn't further pollute the CONFIG namespace. Signed-off-by: Tom Rini <trini@konsulko.com>
