Makefile: Pass OF_SPL_REMOVE_PROPS to binman Pass CONFIG_OF_SPL_REMOVE_PROPS to binman so that it can remove properties correctly when producing FITs for SPL phases. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org>
