arm64: zynqmp: Remove tx_termination_fix detection on silicon v1 Only silicon v1 requires this termination fix. With new nvmem soc revision nvmem detection driver this can be autodetected at run time and this flag is not needed. Signed-off-by: Michal Simek <michal.simek@xilinx.com>
