rockchip: veyron: Unify u-boot.dtsi bootph-all fragments The rk3288-veyron-speedy-u-boot.dtsi file duplicates the bootphase dts fragments from rk3288-veyron-u-boot.dtsi even though it #inclues that. Deduplicate these into the latter file, which should also make the eMMC available to the other veyron boards' SPL.
