arm64: versal: Enable GPIO command for Versal Enable GPIO command for Xilinx Versal platform. Driver is updated that's why it can be used directly. Driver is enabled by default through Kconfig. Signed-off-by: Michal Simek <michal.simek@xilinx.com>
