Merge git://git.denx.de/u-boot-riscv - RISC-V arch support SMP. - Support Andestech's PLIC and PLMT. - qemu, fu54e, ae350 boards enable SMP by default. - Fix CONFIG_DEFAULT_DEVICE_TREE failure.
